Return & Exchange

If the product is damaged in transit, it must be brought to our notice immediately or within 24 hours of receiving the item, along with clear video proof showing the damage. In such cases, the product must be sent back to us. After examining the returned product, a replacement will be sent.

To return a product, it should be mailed to our shop address. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time taken for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For high-value items, customers are advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Replacements are offered only for defective or damaged items. For exchanges of the same item, please contact us via WhatsApp or email and send the product to our shop address.
