But in case of very rare instance of items get damaged in transit, please communicate immediately after receiving the item so that alternative arrangements can be made. Our Product will be dispatched within 3 or 4 days from your order was placed. We will packing the ordered product after verified the payment.

Shipping charges paid by customers are not refundable once the products are shipped.

Return & Exchange :

If the product is damaged in transit, then it has to be brought to our notice immediately or within 24 hours of receiving it with proof of clear video showing the damage. In that case, the product has to be sent back to us and after examining the product, we can send you a replacement product.

To return your product, you should mail your product to our shop address.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us to Whatsapp or Email and send your item to shop address.

Cancellations of orders will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been dispatched.

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that the RC Akshaya marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
