If the product is damaged during transit, it must be reported immediately or within 24 hours of receiving the item, along with a clear video proof showing the damage. In such cases, the product must be sent back to us for examination. After verification, a replacement product will be dispatched.

To return a product, customers must mail it to our shop address. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer and are non-refundable. The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on location.

For high-value returns, customers are advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same item, please contact us via WhatsApp or email before sending the product.
