We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Exchanges are available only if the product is received damaged or defective. To be eligible for an exchange, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.

Products without valid proof of damage or reported after the specified time will not be eligible for exchange.
