Shipping policy

  • Orders are Processed  and dispatched within 3–4 working days after the order is placed and payment is verified.
  • Every product is quality-checked before packing and carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
  • If a product is damaged during transit, customers must notify RC Akshaya within 24 hours of delivery and provide a clear unboxing/video proof. After verification, a replacement may be arranged.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
  • Customers returning eligible items are responsible for the return shipping cost, and using a trackable courier or shipping insurance is recommended for valuable items.
